After this last update, the game went to the very beginning, Ive been playing this game for years and was very far into it and now its back to level one, what the HECK is going on?????? Ive invested so much time in this game, had a lot of everything you could collect and now its all gone!!!! I want my game back to where I was!!!!!

This new update is terrible!!! Mywhole farm was deleted and I lost EVERYTHING!!!! Please fix this!!!

When the new update took place- I lost everything- it went back to level 1 for me. I CONTACTED THE SUPPORT TEAM-- it took a couple of days, but EVERYTHING WAS RESTORED TO EXACTLY WHERE I USED TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY GOT ME BACK TO LEVEL 21 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This support team WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you support team for EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID FOR ME TO HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think its ridiculous that I have to spend actual money to purchase gems for any expansions. My farm is now too small for any of my quests because I need 100 gems to buy the next expansion but yet I have close to 100,000 coins to use. Is there any way that youd fix this? Most games I play let you use coins you earn not real money to expand.

I love these kind of farming games, and Fairy Farm is particularly fun and charming. BUT, and that is an appropriately big but, you inevitably will have to make a purchase, probably multiple purchases, to continue playing this game. Everything you do expends energy, and energy is the hardest thing to earn in the game. As far as I can tell, it is almost impossible to earn and really only available for purchase. If you try to wait to allow time to rebuild your energy for free, your plants whither which expends further energy to revive them. I would rather buy the game outright and have longer ways to earn energy than have to constantly be harassed to make a purchase which only lasts for so long. I am just not going to spend $50 to play a game for a short time. Get this game and play slowly, planting and harvesting in one round of energy, or be prepared to spend lots of money for limited playing time. Too bad, as this is a delightful little game.

I used to play this game but removed it for space. Downloading it again I was hoping to see all my old stuff but the game now only crashes between a new farm and my old one. Cant stay on it longer than two minutes from crashing.

This game is crap now was fun at first now its nothing to do dont waste your time downloading this game u going get mad and support is not going give u a straight answer and please dont spend no money trust me I did its a trap they going give u a few quest to do and then its nothing else to do a waste of time

Okay, so though I updated when it released, there hadnt been any new "Christmas" quests or items in my game, still Halloween. Ive been contacting them since December about it and they didnt help me, sometimes my emails werent even replied to. Now Im being told its "too late" Ridiculous.

Energy bar? Pfft. Microscopical. The game downloads for ages, freezes all the time, no help or manual whatsoever. Couldnt find even how to move my staff around or to get it from the storage. Definitely has some potential, but half cooked right now.

Still full of bugs.

Lot of fun playing, need to have kinks worked out on the daily bonus. An instruction guide would be of great help! Disappointed!

I still have not had an update yet, Ive been playing for a few years, and this has been the worst, Please update the system...

This game is cute & all, but why do I have to shop for halloween stuff? Its March... And everything is super expensive, SUPER expensive. I caught some of the sales, so Ill play w/what I bought & no more than that, but updating this game would be nice. I cant do much unless I pay for all the overly priced halloween decorations... in March (-___-);;

This game is super buggy, and the support is horrible! They reset my game play to the beginning (rather than fix the in game glitch) after I spent 10 months on it and then say they couldnt restore or help me get the items back. Pick another game.

Theres a bug that wont let me put fully grown items in my storage or even harvest them. Its frustrating cause I cant use them for quests even though I need them so they just end up taking space. And sometimes have disappeared from my storage, namely a few trees. Please fix this asap.

Will not let me open the game!! Goes to Facebook & crashes!!!
