Ad Issues

Since I could not access support in English, I have to resort to writing a review. Twice in the last 20 minutes, a persistent ad for a game called Legends of Moonvale has been causing faults (glitches). The ad cannot be closed and dominates the screen. After being forced to open the link to the game for the offending ad and then closing out of App Store, the avatar disappears and blinks in and out of existence when I try to resume where I had left off. This game that I am reviewing has an expensive second price tag, so allowing problems like this is really not an option.
